Writing Proposals. Proposals are documents that offer a solution to a problem, propose a change, or make a request. Proposals are often persuasive in nature and can be solicited or unsolicited. Share a change that is/was needed in your current or previous job. Describe how you would develop a proposal to address this change. Who would be your audience? Would the proposal be formal or informal? Explain your reasoning and support your thoughts and ideas with references from appropriate resources.
